Visiting Graduate Student
I graduated with a Master of Science in Psychology from Humboldt University of Berlin, Germany, in 2023. Following my graduation, I joined the International Research Training Group on the Neuroscience of Modulating Aggression and Impulsivity in Psychopathology at RWTH University, Aachen, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Kerstin Konrad. My PhD research focuses on the neurobiological mechanisms underlying the intergenerational transmission of violence, employing fMRI and genetic analyses. I am particularly interested in the behavioral and neural similarities between parents and their children in relation to violent behavior and aggression. Currently, I am conducting a research stay at the EDEN Lab, where I focus on callous-unemotional traits and eye contact between parents and children using mobile eye tracking and computer vision.
